Tzfat
Cheese (Hebrew: גבינה צפתית) is a semi-hard cheese produced in
Israel originating from sheep's milk. The cheese was first produced by the
HaMeiri milk processing factory in Safed in 1840 and is still produced there by
the descendants of the original cheese maker.
