Sainte-Maure
de Touraine is a cheese from the Touraine province of
France that uses pasteurized pasteurized milk. This cheese is rolled with a
diameter of 5 to 8 [centimeters] and a length of 28 centimeters.
The cheese skin is filled
with mushrooms but most of this cheese uses ash to cover the skin. The inside
of this cheese is white. A straw is paired in the middle of this cheese and
makes it easy to remove.
This cheese was recorded in
the book "Touraine in Time of Balzac" ("Touraine in Time of
Balzac") written by Laurencin. Sainte-Maure de Touraine is a cheese that
has been guaranteed quality by AOC. Meanwhile, Sainte-Maure cheese is also a
goat's milk cheese from the Touraine region but is not certified by the AOC.
