Poutine is
a meal consisting of fried potatoes and cheese flakes, and plus a thick sauce.

completely melted. Poutine was first created in the 1950s in the province of
Quebec, Canada. This food is one of Canada's famous fast food, especially in
Quebec and Acadian.
