Falafel is a Middle Eastern food. This food is made from milled Arab nuts and then compacted and made small balls and then fried using hot oil.

The falafel is usually served in a flat ribbon-like ribbon called lafa. In many countries, falafel is sold as a popular fast food. Ordinary falafel balls are added with lettuce, pickles and pickled vegetables and spicy sauce. In Ramadan, falafel is often eaten as an iftar meal.
