Danbo is
a cheese from a Danish country that has similarities to Samso cheese and is
produced using cow's milk. Danbo cheese is an aromatic cheese with a pale,
elastic inside. This cheese has several small peanut sized holes. Danbo cheese
has a skin coated with a red or orange night substance.
The flavor of the cheese is
