Chaource is
a soft cheese from a French country that has white skin and is made using raw
pasteurized cow's milk.
This cheese gets its name
from a village called Chaorce in northeastern France. Young Chaource Cheese has
a dense texture and a rough and fragile interior.
The cheese skin is filled
with white mushrooms, while when the cheese is cooked the skin will thicken and
turn red. Chaource cheese suitable for consumption along with grapes and can
