Yukhoe is one of hoe in Korean
cuisine in the form of raw beef chopped and seasoned and sauce. The beef
portion used is the cover section.
Seasoning is a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, salt, sesame oil, spring
onion, garlic milled, sesame, pepper, and bae juice. On top of the meat this
dish is put raw chicken egg yolk. Yukhoe is eaten with gochujang sauce called
hoejeup (회즙).
In addition to be made from minced beef, this dish can also be made from
the tongue, liver, kidney, heart, or stomach book from a cow. The bibimbap on
which the yukhoe is called is called the bibimbap yukhoe.
