Is a roasted or steamed mochi or crushed rice cake. Traditionally, yakimochi is
made by using charcoal grills, but in modern times gas grills can also be used.
During the fall, it is a tradition to eat fresh yakimochi while enjoying sake
and enjoying the full moon scenery.
