Springerle
is
a typical Christmas Day biscuit from Germany that is decorated with molds on
the dough before baking. The prints that can berbenuk various, such as snow,
roses, religious symbols and so forth. Once properly printed, the dough is left
to harden for several hours in order to make the mold that has been made not
lost during the roasting process.
