Soegogi
Muguk is a kind of korean cuisine consisting of soup (guk)
radishes with beef. This food is a kind of home-made Korean home cooking.
Soegogi muguk made by cutting the radish into small pieces, then sauteed with
beef and boiled in water. Although it can be enjoyed throughout the year,
however, this dish is generally served specifically in the fall, using freshly
harvested fresh radish.
