Is one type of Japanese noodles made from horsemanseed. In Japanese, horse
cereal grain cereals are also called "buckwheat". In addition, the

yakisoba or ramen.
The Japanese have a
tradition of eating buckwheat on New Year's Eve. The buckwheat that is eaten on
