Muk is
a gelatin from starch nuts and seeds. Starch can be processed from peanut,
buckwheat or corn. These ingredients are boiled until thick into gelatinous
gelatin, soft and transparent. This is called the muk.
Muk is very soft textured,
so it must be careful to prepare it. Muk cut thin square, poured soy sauce,
herbs and sauces.
