Lahoh
(Arabic:
لحوح, Hebrew: לחוח, Somali: Laxoox), is a pancake-like bun derived from
Djibouti, Somalia, and Yemen. The bread is also popular in Israel, where the
bread was introduced by the Yemeni Jews who immigrated there. In Yemen, the
bread is often sold on the street by street vendors.
