Ketul (Bidens pilosa) is a kind of Asteraceae tribe plant species. It is
commonly found wild as weeds by the side of the road, in garden gardens, in
plantations, or on abandoned lands. Other names are acerang, ajeran, hareuga
(Sd.); ketul, petul, ketulan, ketul kebo, ketul sapi, tissue, caringan (Jw.);
lanci thuwa, lancing thuwa, cing-lancingan (Md.); and Spanish Needle,
Blackjacks, Beggar ticks (Ingg.).
