or Ceker Chicken or in English is usually spelled as chauw fon (Hanzi: 鳳爪
fung zau, (Simplified) 凤爪 pinyin: fèngzhua) is a kind
of dim sum food made from chicken claws. These chicken claws are given spices
that are then steamed and served. The marinade is mainly the oyster sauce. As
dim sum fung zau is also popular in Indonesia.
