Embolism is
a blockage of blood vessels that occur in various parts of the body by the
embolus (foreign substances) that are brought to the place by the bloodstream.
One embolus is a thrombus, a blood clot that is easily formed inside the
aneurysm cavity. This fragile thrombus can form debris and cause blockages in various
places, such as the heart. If this attack occurs the patient gets a heart
attack.
