Depression is
a medical condition of sadness that negatively impacts one's thoughts, actions,
feelings, and mental health. The condition of depression is a temporary normal

embarrassed or anxious.
In addition to mood swings,
individuals with symptoms of depression tend to lose interest in performing
activities that he or she previously thought were fun; loss of appetite or
otherwise, eat with excess portion. Patients will also be difficult to
concentrate, remember general details, make decisions, or have difficulty in
dealing with others. These experiences can encourage individuals to attempt
suicide.
Symptoms of Insomnia,
Hipersomnia, fatigue, pain, digestive disorders, and decreased stamina are also
often found in individuals under depression .
