also: Cekodok), also called Kuih Kodok or Cucur or Shuttle, is a snack fried
food originating from Brunei and Malaysia made using wheat flour and banana,
and then fried. These foods are usually round and tend to vary in size. There
are many types of these snacks, some replacing bananas with salted fish, shrimp,
onions or corn.
