Clorot, celorot, cerorot, or
jelurut are traditional cakes made from rice flour with coconut milk, wrapped
in coconut leaf or coconut leaves in cone form. This cake is a traditional
snack commonly found in Indonesia, Malaysia and Brunei.
In Java, known as clorot or
celorot, and often associated with traditional Javanese street food. In Bali
and Lombok, this cake is known as a cerorot. In Brunei and Sabah, this cake is
known as jelurut.
