Material
- 1 liter of water
- 400 grams of spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Spaghetti Sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2 pieces of onion, cut into round
- 200 gr minced beef
- 150 ml of water
- 100 gr tomato sauce
- 2 tomatoes, seeded, diced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tbsp cornstarch, dissolve it with 20 ml
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
Complementary
- 100 gr grated cheese
How to make
- Boil spaghetti for 20 minutes, give olive oil and salt. Drain, urinate and set aside.
- Heat cooking oil, saute garlic and onions until fragrant. Enter the beef, cook until it changes color.
- Add tomato sauce and tomatoes cut, then add water. Cook until boiling.
- Give a solution of cornstarch, add sweet soy sauce and pepper powder, cook until thickened.
- Presentation: Spaghetti on a plate, put the sauce on top, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve warmly
